Belgium – Management Consultancy Intern

What will be your responsibilities?

As a Management Consultancy Intern at SteepConsult, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various in-house projects focused on innovation & strategy development, operation & governance, people strategy & employee experience, agility & corporate transformation. Working closely with our consultants and domain leaders, you will contribute to the creation of bespoke solutions tailored to meet our future clients’ needs. This internship offers a dynamic and hands-on opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of management consulting and gain invaluable experience in crafting strategies that drive business growth and transformation.

Innovation and strategy:

• Contribute to the development of innovative strategies aligned with client visions.
• Assist in translating strategies into actionable operating models.

Operations and governance:

• Scan governance processes to find areas of improvement.
• Integrate them in a medium term roadmap.
• Run optimisation, evolution and transformation programs.

People Strategy and employee experience:

• Collaborate on projects related to human capital and talent management strategies.
• Assist in optimizing workforce and organizational development initiatives.

Agility & corporate transformation:

• Contribute to the design and development of adaptive frameworks to facilitate organizational agility.
• Participate in identifying areas for continuous improvement in agile processes and methodologies.
• Improve interactions within existing frameworks to instil behavioral change towards customer value delivery.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with consultants and leaders to conduct research and analysis.
• Contribute to the creation of comprehensive client solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in management or in another relevant field.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new concepts, methodologies, and tools in the management consulting domain.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
• Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• You speak English and Dutch and/or French.
• You are motivated and have a positive mindset.
