Belgium – Agile Coach

What will be your responsibilities?

• You help enable the transition to agile within teams and organizations
• You coach, mentor and guide teams to adopt the right agile techniques
• You encourage a continuous improvement way of thinking, setting goals and milestones with each individual team member
• You work with various stakeholders to create the optimal environment for transformation
• You organize and lead trainings and workshops to educate individuals on Agile principles

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in management or in another relevant field
• You have at least 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar position
• You speak English and Dutch and/or French
• You have good leadership skills with a sense of flexibility and adaptability
• You are a conflict mediator, with training and coaching abilities
• You have excellent communication skills and a positive mindset
