Impact
As Business strategy consultant, you help organizational leaders with decision making regarding their business strategy. You identify trends and opportunities that differentiates them from their competitors to design meaningful, adaptable, and achievable strategic roadmaps in line with their ambitions.
You will lead them through the processes that will help them determine who they are, where they want to go, how they will get there, and how they will measure success. Your role is to co-create tangible strategies that carry impact and originate activism. How? With a systemic approach that mixes strategy and future thinking to detect weak signals, identify drivers and envision future scenarios.

Key skills to apply
To strengthen our team, we are looking for talented consultants with a Positive Mindset! You hold a Master’s degree and have between 3 and 8 years of professional experience in a similar role.
You have an advanced understanding of industry trends and market behavior with in addition a detailed knowledge of management frameworks and financial analysis.
Having experience with project management where you achieved excellent project management skills is needed to ensure success as a Business strategy consultant.
Developed report writing skills are required as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
Having a previous experience in consultancy is an asset as well as owning one or more Management certifications (Prince2, Prosci, ITIL, CMS, etc.).
